About
Personally Green is a daily journal about one idea: that AI data centers can be built to power themselves, cool themselves without draining local water, and make the power grid more dependable instead of less.
What you will find here
One story each day about data center power, cooling, the grid, or the rules that govern them. Each post gives a short summary in plain language, says why it matters, notes what is still unproven, and links to the original source so you can read it yourself.
How the posts are made
Stories are researched each morning with the help of an AI assistant. A person reads and approves every post before it is published. Posts are original summaries, never copies of the articles they point to.
A point of view, stated openly
This site is an advocate. It is in favor of building AI data centers, and in favor of building them well. When the evidence does not support the case, the post will say so.
The full argument is on The Case page.
